Though not a flanker/related, Ikiryo has followed up the release of l'Ascension with this amber beauty.  An emotional moment for Vincent, as so much of himself was poured into this bottle.
A concept long in the making, Vincent has finally completed and released this signature amber scent...and in time for his birthday of May 4th, no less.

A Fallen Angel will be the first in a brief amber series/collection Vincent will be creating that are like "liquid auto-biographies".  All of them will be created to reflect the creator himself and are very personal.
This scent is basically "Vincent in a bottle"...finding the word ‘hope’ inside hopeless.
A fragrance literally built on opposing internal forces that never resolve—bottling, as it were, his internal conflicts:

Incense (lift) vs amber (weight)
Orchid (spirit) vs tobacco (body)
Nutmeg (warmth) vs oak (dryness)

Incense rising against the weight of amber, orchid existing as a ghost within the body of tobacco, warmth held quietly against the dryness of oak.

All of it held together within a living skin of musk.

Not contrast—but coexistence.

Not balance—but persistence.

Though amber is the featured note, musk (the “skin”) does three critical things:

Humanizes the structure:  This is no longer theoretical—it’s worn, lived, inhabited.

Contains the tension:  Without it, the elements float apart…with it, they stay together.

Introduces intimacy: Everything becomes close, personal, almost private.

And this is where “hope” actually resides: not in a note…but in the fact that everything is held together…

What remains, remains together...
