"Candyman" is a gourmand mixed with sweet resins. 
Trivia:
"Candyman" is also a nickname given to Vincent by the ladies of a fabric store he goes to where upon each visit, he would bring them big bags of candy.  Whilst wearing this scent to the shop when it was first created to test it, he was greeted by welcomes of "hey Candyman...!"  It was then he decided upon the name for the fragrance...
